GO SLOW AND BE GENTLE

This NOTE 4 LCD works great, but requires patience to install. I picked up a heat gun from harbor freight for $14 and used the low setting to heat up the UV glue. Then, using bicycle playing cards, I separated the broken screen from the LCD. GO SLOW AND DO NOT USE TOO MUCH PRESSURE. Reheat the glue periodically, BUT MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HEAT THE SCREEN TO MUCH OR YOU WILL BURN THE LED PANEL. Once the broken glass is off, use some Goo Gone and a qtip and GENTLY scrub the old glue off. Once glue is off, put some new UV LOCA glue and put the new glass off. Get any air bubbles out and let is sit in the sun for about an hour. THE KEY TO MAKING THIS WORK IS TO GO SLOW, HAVE PATIENCE, AND TO NOT PUT TOO MUCH FORCE ON THE LED SCREEN. Follow these instructions and you are golden. FYI, this is the first time I ever replaced a glass screen, so anyone can do it, IF THEY ARE PATIENT AND GENTLE.
