Worked great after i shattered my last screen on my iPhone 6 plus. There's no lag and no loss of resolution or color. It's been on my phone for about a month and it's indistinguishable from the original iPhone 6 plus LCD screen.
Replacing the screen (and camera, light sensor, home button, etc. )#) is a VERY tedious process. It's not just plug and play; you have to remove tiny parts from the old iphone 6 plus frame replacement and precisely install them on the new screen. Be very conscientious about keeping track of your screws, have some tweezers on hand (although the provided tools worked very well), and plan for it to take around an hour. The directions are OK, but plan to google some supplemental instructions.
Definitely cheaper than replacing a phone or getting a screen professionally installed, if you're confident in your fine motor skills.
